When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipment will arrive between 3-7 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.

How can I change my Shipping Address?

Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00 pm EST on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support@moissanitegallery.com to request such changes.

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

When my order will be shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

What are your shipping rates?

We have a Free shipping rate to all destinations in the USA.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@moissanitegallery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. International Shipping

International shipping is Free with DHL or FedEx. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE! Please note that your country may impose customs and import duties or taxes that you must pay because your order originated outside of your home country. These fees are your responsibility and are separate from the cost you paid for your merchandise and shipping. If you have any questions regarding import duty taxes you should contact your country’s customs and tax authorities for clarification before ordering.

USA shipping is Free with DHL or FedEx. with signature confirmation. Insurance is included FREE OF CHARGE!

Delivery Time

Order Transit time: 3-8 Days (Mon-Sat) for both local and international shipping.

Orders received before 12 noon from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the next day. There is no shipping on Sundays.

Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time which generally ranges from 1-3 business days. Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. Time in transit varies depending on where you are. But what we can do is try our best so that you can receive your items as soon as possible.
